this is the first poem i have written, i kno it’s kinda short but could people rate it on a 1-10 scale (keep in mind this is my first time) i’ve done this kinda stuff in skool but this is the first time i’ve done it on free will.-constructed critisim is welcome
I look at you, you look at me

I hate how you pretend you can’t see

Our eyes meet for seconds, then drift away

Why should i love you if it’s that way?

Shadows

We don’t talk much, well not at all

I regret ever taking your calls

I don’t wanna see you any more

What am i suffering for?

I feel like a shadow in the night

Not knowing the difference between wrong and right

You talk with my friends, why not me?

Am i really that hard to see?

I feel like I’ve done something wrong

Why won’t you forgive after this long

Have I?

No. Shadows don’t forgive
